Rooted in Community, Healing Across Generations

I offer bilingual therapy and trauma-informed support for all ages, identities, and families. Grounded in cultura, connection, and care.

I provide individual therapy for children, teens, and adults with a focus on trauma, emotional regulation, and life transitions. As an identity-affirming therapist, I offer a safe, inclusive space for clients of all identities, centering culturally responsive, decolonized care rooted in DBT, CBT, and play therapy.

I offer support groups for youth, parents, and families that build community, teach coping skills, and create space for healing. Groups are bilingual, strengths-based, and designed to meet the needs of immigrant and marginalized communities.

Through engaging workshops and customized consultation, I help schools and organizations deepen their trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and youth-centered practices. My trainings focus on real-world application, systems change, and centering communities of color.

Cultura Care is more than a service. It’s a space to feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether you’re seeking therapy, support, or learning opportunities, you’re welcome here.

What Sets Me Apart

I offer trauma-informed, client-centered therapy that honors culture, language, and lived experience. As a first-generation Latina, I provide services in both English and Spanish, with a deep commitment to supporting BIPOC, immigrant, LGBTQ+, and first-gen individuals and families. I specialize in working with people of all ages — especially those navigating gender-based violence, complex trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
Whether through play therapy, DBT, or community-based workshops, I lead with authenticity, warmth, and deep respect for your story — creating spaces where all identities are seen, affirmed, and supported.
