Jessica Rodriguez, LCSW
Founder & Lead Therapist
Jessica (she/ella) is a bicultural, trauma-informed therapist who specializes in DBT, play therapy, and culturally responsive care for children, teens, adults, and families. She brings nearly a decade of experience supporting survivors of gender-based violence, immigrant communities, multilingual youth, and individuals navigating complex trauma.
Jessica is passionate about decolonizing therapy, strengthening families, and creating healing spaces rooted in authenticity, culture, and empowerment. She is known for her ability to blend clinical expertise with genuine connection, helping clients feel seen, valued, and supported from the moment they walk in. As the founder of Cultura Care, she is committed to expanding access to culturally grounded mental health services and uplifting communities that have historically been overlooked or underserved.

Rosa Vance, LMSW
Therapist
Rosa Vance (she/ella) is a bilingual, bicultural clinician with over five years of experience working in school settings, where she supported students navigating behavioral challenges and partnered with families to address their mental health and academic needs. As both a therapist and a parent, Rosa brings a warm, grounded perspective to her work with children, teens, and caregivers.
Rosa is currently pursuing her Registered Play Therapist (RPT) certification and integrates culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and client-centered approaches into her sessions. She is passionate about helping families strengthen relationships, supporting parents navigating their children’s emotional needs, and creating safe, welcoming spaces where clients feel understood and valued.

MSW Clinical Intern
Jessica Sullivan (she/ella) is a bilingual Latina, U.S. military veteran whose lived experience shapes her commitment to mental health. As a therapist-in-training at Missouri Baptist University (MBU), she brings dedication, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose to her clinical work.
Jessica is passionate about supporting individuals who have experienced trauma, including children, adolescents, and adults, with a special interest in combat veterans, law enforcement, emergency service providers, and their families. She also has experience facilitating psychoeducational and support groups. Her approach is warm, authentic, and grounded in cultural humility, offering clients a relatable and compassionate therapeutic space.

Alexx Rodriguez-Moreno
Administrative Assistant
Alexx Rodriguez-Moreno (they/them) is the Administrative Assistant. As a bilingual Latine professional fluent in English and Spanish, Alexx brings both compassion and organization to the practice, helping clients feel welcomed and supported from the moment they reach out.
With a B.A. in Psychology and a certification in Accounting, Alexx assists with scheduling, billing, intake coordination, and portal-related questions—making the administrative side of care feel more accessible and less overwhelming.
