If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “Forgot Password?” link on the login page to reset it easily.

Electronic Health Record System (EHR)
We use TherapyNotes, a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform, to manage scheduling, billing, and communication. You can log in anytime to book appointments, complete forms, and message me safely. If you need help accessing your portal, please contact me at jessica.r@culturacc.com or (314) 901-44–3244.
What Can You Do in the Portal?
Your client portal is designed to make your therapy experience smooth and convenient.
Here’s what you can do:
Schedule and manage appointments — see available times and book sessions at your convenience.
Complete intake and progress forms securely before or between sessions.
Send and receive secure messages for non-urgent questions or updates.
Make payments and view billing statements quickly and safely.
Access therapy notes, worksheets, and handouts shared during sessions.
