What Can You Do in the Portal?

Your client portal is designed to make your therapy experience smooth and convenient.
Here’s what you can do:
Schedule and manage appointments — see available times and book sessions at your convenience.
Complete intake and progress forms securely before or between sessions.
Send and receive secure messages for non-urgent questions or updates.
Make payments and view billing statements quickly and safely.
Access therapy notes, worksheets, and handouts shared during sessions.

Practices who use TherapyNotes may choose to send documents, videos, audio, and more to you through TherapyPortal, allowing you to review and sign documents online without needing to spend time filling out forms in the office.
